Maddie Sierra joined Harrison Brook in 2018 and heads Marketing and Operations across the business. She plays a key role in the firm’s management, working closely with senior leadership and advisory teams to support growth, oversee operational coordination, and ensure consistency across the group’s international activities.
She holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Westminster in the UK and began her career in London in digital marketing roles within affiliate marketing and retail businesses. She later returned to France, where she completed a Master of Business Administration at the University of Nice.
Since joining Harrison Brook, Maddie has steadily expanded her remit, combining marketing strategy with operational oversight, internal systems, and cross-border coordination. Her role focuses on supporting the firm’s long-term development while maintaining effective day-to-day operations.
Outside of work, Maddie is the mother of a young daughter and enjoys baking.
